Business Development/Marketing Representative
Are you a people person that loves helping others? At Graff Mt. As a business development/marketing representative your primary responsibilities are to answer incoming Business Development Center calls and emails according to script guides, and to schedule appointments for the Sales department. Our ideal candidate is positive, upbeat, and possesses excellent communication/customer service skills.
Contact customers to schedule appointments; generate emails according to contact timelines; answer incoming BDC calls/emails according to script guides; schedule appointments for Sales Department; schedule follow-up if no appointment is made; log all customer interactions into CRM tool & DMS system; handle equity mining tool for service; assist Business Development Manager with marketing and promotions; maintain a positive attitude and great customer service at all times.
High school diploma or GED equivalent; college experience preferred, but not required; 3+ years customer service experience; previous service, dealership or call-center experience preferred, but not required; customer service mentality and highly motivated; good grammar & excellent phone presence; computer experience required, Microsoft office & graphic design preferred. Position requires contacting customers via phone and email daily. You must be comfortable making 60+ phone calls a day, be personable on the phone, and have a grasp of proper grammar.

Automotive Service Technician
At Graff Mt. Pleasant, we believe that our responsibility to our customers extends beyond the dealership walls. As a Graff Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle that enters our service center is treated with the same level of care and diligence as your own, and leaves running at its very best. We’re looking for a service tech to join our team who has a proven track record of quality automotive maintenance and repair skills, takes great pride in their work, and who understands that our customers’ safety and security hinges upon their dedication.
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership standards; test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.; clearly communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of the status of their vehicle and if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs; execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications; ensure customer vehicles are kept clean; uphold dealership service quality standards and expectations.
High school diploma; must have at least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician; ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information; knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance; must be a fast learner; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills; team player; must have a valid driver’s license; ability to maintain a neat and orderly workstation; ability to identify problems quickly; all applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, physical and valid driver license with good driving record.
Body Shop Estimator

As a body shop estimator, your foremost responsibility is to ensure that our customers feel that their time, trust, and investment are well-placed and appreciated when they bring their vehicle to us for service. Our ideal candidate for this position is an individual with excellent communication skills, takes immense pride in their work, and has a background in the estimating and/or automotive industry.
Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs; communicate with insurance companies to manage customer claims; work directly with customers, insurance companies & technicians; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proficient in CCC and Mitchell Repair Center estimating systems.
Experience in estimating or the automotive industry strongly desired
M-F, no weekends; competitive pay;

Automotive Detailer/Car Washer

As a Graff Automotive Detailer/Car Washer, your foremost responsibility is to ensure that our customers feel that their time, trust, and investment were well-placed when they decided to purchase a vehicle from us, or trusted us to detail their vehicle and return it to them better than when they dropped it off. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual with high attention to detail who takes immense pride in their work, and who keeps in mind how they would want their own vehicle to look. Additionally, they must be able to work efficiently, remaining mindful of the value of our customers’ time.
Wash the exterior and interior of vehicles according to customer wishes; shampoo and vacuum vehicle interiors (seats, rugs, trunk, roof); wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines; vacuum dirt and remove debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains; apply dyes, paints, and waxes to protect interior fabrics; clean and remove any grease on engines or engine compartments.
Previous experience in automotive detailing is required. Other requirements include, but are not limited to: ability to stand for several hours, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., etc.; valid driver’s license is required; must be a fast learner; excellent communication skills; team player; must be able to pass pre-employment testing including: background check, MVR, drug test, proof of valid driver license, clean driving record.
