Body Shop Apprentice

Learn and employ current auto body techniques; become trained and work on all auto brands, makes, and models; provide time-sensitive, quality service to every customer.
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions; body shop experience preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent; ability to stand for multiple hours, and lift 50+ lbs.; must pass pre-employment testing which includes: background check, MVR, drug test, proof of valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Automotive Service Technician
At Graff Mt. Pleasant, we believe that our responsibility to our customers extends beyond the dealership walls. As a Graff Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle that enters our service center is treated with the same level of care and diligence as your own, and leaves running at its very best. We’re looking for a service tech to join our team who has a proven track record of quality automotive maintenance and repair skills, takes great pride in their work, and who understands that our customers’ safety and security hinges upon their dedication.
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership standards; test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.; clearly communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of the status of their vehicle and if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs; execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications; ensure customer vehicles are kept clean; uphold dealership service quality standards and expectations.
High school diploma; must have at least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician; ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information; knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance; must be a fast learner; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills; team player; must have a valid driver’s license; ability to maintain a neat and orderly workstation; ability to identify problems quickly; all applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, physical and valid driver license with good driving record.
Automotive Service Advisor
Do you love meeting and engaging with people daily? As an Automotive Service Advisor at Graff Mt. Pleasant, you are the primary point of contact between our service department and our customers. We’re looking for someone to join our team with a proven track record of facilitating a quality customer experience within a dealership service center, who has a passion for organization and communication, and whose strong sense of diligence grants them the ability to ensure the timely and accurate completion of automotive maintenance and repair jobs. Our ideal candidate is also someone who is able to conduct themselves with professionalism and friendliness in their every interaction with our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: promptly meet and greet customers in a professional, enthusiastic manner; offer diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customer concerns; provide accurate estimates for all recommended services/repairs and obtain authorization; check status of repairs throughout the day and continually communicate with the customer; contact service customers upon completion of services; maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Good communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and in writing; ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; High School diploma or equivalent; must be detail oriented and well organized; basic computer skills/familiarity required. Minimum 2 years experience required. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, physical and valid driver license with good driving record.
We are looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented, self-starter to join our Sales Business Development Center Team. As a member of Graff Mt. Pleasant’s BDC team, you will be given the opportunity to grow your earning potential based on the satisfaction of the customers you interact with daily. Your daily interactions with our customers are the first step to getting them in the door, interacting with our sales team, and leaving our lot happy with their vehicle purchase!
Answer all incoming BDC calls/emails according to script guides and schedule appointments for Sales Department; Log all customer comments and interactions into CRM tool; Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made; Contact customers using phone calls and email to schedule appointments for Sales Department; Follow-up with Sales Department on scheduled appointments; Generate emails and postcards according to contact timelines; Maintain a positive attitude and great customer service at all times.
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ Years of Customer Service/Sales experience. College experience preferred, but not required. Previous sales or BDC experience preferred, but not required. Must have a customer service mentality and be highly-motivated. Position requires contacting customers via phone and email daily. Training provided.
Aggressive pay-plan based on experience, job performance and generation of business. This is a job based primarily on commission plus a base hourly pay.
